Paoletti participated as a key-note speaker together with Mario Calabresi, Alex Bellini and Candice Pascoal to the business training of the managers of Lottomatica with an intervention in which, among the various topics dealt with in relation to relational communication, he deepened the concept of comfort zone. Paoletti explained how in the living comfort zone 98% of human beings and how it is necessary, to improve the quality of our work and private performances, move towards the possibility of ex-celler, that is to push our best abilities out of ourselves and pursue what we truly desire.
