Patrizio Paoletti meditation event
On 29-30 September the first Italian two-day event with Patrizio Paoletti took place at the Kursaal Congress Centre in San Marino: Meditation, the Inner Art of discipline.

A unique Inner Design Technology meeting where participants could initiate themselves into the Art of Meditation. A theoretical and practical meeting in which the ancient knowledge of this age-old practice found confirmation in the most recent neuroscientific discoveries.

“Today’s meeting – Paoletti began – is about the essence and root of Self-Awareness, awareness, the only element able to change the world. All of us today feel and know that each of our needs asks that a new awareness of ourselves develop in us, in our relationship with others and with the whole world.”

It was in fact an inner journey through questions about life, about one’s role in it, about one’s responsibilities. A true taking of bearings that participants could deepen by looking at their own lives and, immersing themselves in themselves, searching for their most intimate aspirations, for the place of their own “flowering”, the place where each can bear fruit. “Flowering is our social duty”, Patrizio stressed.

Through the words of a great meditation master, Milarepa, the participants explored the attainments and consolidations needed to realise the benefits of the practice, which can make us useful instruments for the world, for the creation of a world of peace.

Ample space was given to questions from the audience. Patrizio also answered those that came from the online audience during the Facebook live broadcast: “What is the origin of fear, who created it, when does it develop and why does it have such power over the human being?” Listen to Patrizio’s answer live.
